Frequently asked questions
To ensure your bouquet is in the best possible condition I kindly ask that you get your flowers to me as soon as possible, within 2 days of your wedding date is preferable.
Northern Ireland Brides:
NI brides tend to prefer to hand deliver the bouquets to my studio in East Belfast. This can be done by a member of the bridal party, a friend or a wedding guest.
Brides outside of Northern Ireland:
All bouquets should be sent first class recorded delivery, via a reputable company. You will receive easy to follow postage and packaging details when you have booked in with me.
As weddings are busy times I suggest you assign this job to someone else to ensure the flowers reach me on-time.
While our preservation process is designed to maintain your bouquet's beauty for years to come, it's important to understand that some subtle colour changes may occur over time. These changes are typically minimal but can include fading, some discolouring and browning at the edges. Overall this should not detract from the charm of your preserved arrangement.
We recommend using EVRI (formerly Hermes) as our preferred courier service.
However you can use any reputable courier service of your choice as long as they will ship to Northern Ireland.
